Membership
The SIAV provides the current Membership types:
Full Membership
Any Employer who currently holds an approval to self-insure under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (WIRC Act) as amended, in Victoria is eligible to be nominated to be a Full member of the Association.
Associate Membership
- Any Employer who has applied, or intends to apply, for approval to self-insure under the WIRC Act.
- Any Employer who currently holds approval to self-insure under Federal or other State or Territory Legislation is eligible to be nominated to be an Associate member of the Association.
Affiliate Membership

Any Employer who is not an authorised self-insurer under the WIRC Act, as amended, or has not made an application to self-insure, but provides or intends to provide workers compensation related services to the business of any self-insurer is eligible to be nominated as an Affiliate member.
